Legends' Free Standard Shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside the Continental U.S. International customers will be required to pay applicable shipping charges, as well as any duties, fees and tariffs. Normal order processing time is 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday, with additional delivery times of one to five days via UPS Ground. If the size of the order requires shipping via common carrier, actual time after pick up from our warehouse could be five to ten days to a commercial delivery address. Residential delivery may add additional delivery time. Torches ordered with custom ignition systems may take up to six weeks until shipping plus the time for the ground delivery via UPS or common carrier.
Legends Direct has agreements with all of the major shipping companies, e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS plus several of the large full-service common carriers. This provides you with the options of overnight, 2nd-day air and 3rd-day deliveries. These options have limitations in weight and size. Should your order be too heavy or too large your order may have to be shipped common carrier and delivery times will be 2-7 days in the lower 48 states.
The choice of shipping firms will be chosen by our shipping manager based on your location, the shipping point and the size and weight of the shipment. We will contact you via email or phone promptly with shipping options and costs for each possibility. We will ask you to reply to this email with a confirmation of your choice of shipping and an approval for the extra shipping charges before we can release the shipment.

Rarely does shipping damage occur but the satisfactory resolution is dependent upon your actions at time of delivery. The shipper, when delivering, will ask for a signature that all was received in good order. You MUST inspect the items you are signing for BEFORE you sign for the goods. If you see any damage to the box or anything that would indicate hidden damage, it MUST be noted on the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged, we suggest you refuse the shipment.
If you fail to note the possibility of damage on the delivery receipt, you will find it VERY difficult to obtain any relief from the shipping company, should you have damage that was not noted on the receipt. If you have ANY concerns about damage, I strongly encourage you to call the shipper's local terminal and speak to the manager about your concerns before the driver leaves.
Legends Direct is not responsible for shipping damage. The shipping company is responsible for shipping damage. If you sign for a delivery that is damaged, you accept all responsibility for the shipment and any damage that may have occurred during the shipping of your goods.
