Legends Direct warrants its products to be free from defects in manufacturing for a period of six months from the date of order. Should you have a warranty issue, please contact email@example.com or 866-583-1292 for a return authorization number (RA). Please include your order number, name and a brief description of the issue.
The RA number will be emailed or faxed to you along with the address to ship the goods to. The RA number must be clearly marked on all packages shipped to us. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package.All packages must be shipped prepaid to the address provided with your return authorization.
The returned product will be inspected. If Legends Direct determines the product is defective it will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Legends Direct. If the item was replaced or repaired under warranty, all shipping costs will be reimbursed to the customer for return to Legends Direct.
Any package returned without an RA number clearly marked on each package will be refused. The cost of the refused shipment will not be paid by Legends Direct.
We have found in many cases damage thought to be a warranty issue was caused by shipping, and is not a warranty issue. If the returned item is damaged due to shipping or is not a warranty repair or replacement as judged during the initial inspection by Legends Direct, all shipping costs and repair costs will be the responsibility of the customer. (e.g., shipping damage examples could be dents, bent items, scrapes, etc. Warranty issue examples could be missing parts, leaks, flaws in a finish and parts that don’t fit, etc.)
Legends Direct is dedicated to meeting its customers needs. After all, all of us at Legends are consumers, just like you. We will strive to correct your issues promptly so you can enjoy your purchase. If you feel you have a warranty question sending us a digital photo of the problem may expedite the resolution.
All orders may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The customer will be responsible for freight costs, i.e for the original shipment and the return. In products where shipping cost is included in the cost of the product, this cost will be extracted from the published product price and charged back to the customer as part of the refund. Legends Direct will accept product returns under the following terms:
- All returns must be approved by Legends Direct in writing or by email.
- A Return Authorization number (RA) will be assigned the item to be returned.
- The RA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of each carton.
- Any returned items that are received without an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the carton will NOT be accepted by our receiving department.
- The shipping costs for the returned merchandise will be at customer's expense.
- The returned item must be in the original carton.
- The item returned MUST be in saleable condition.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for the handling of the product returned.
- Credits will be issued by Legends Direct after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Credits will be issued for product only.
- The item must be returned prepaid to the address provided on the RA.
- Torches can not be returned if fuel has been added. It is against the law to ship any product via common carrier in an unauthorized container.
- Customized products like Automated Torches cannot be returned.
